The CP Register is a confidential research database of information about people with cerebral palsy in Australia.
The main aims of the CP Register are to:
- monitor incidence and prevalence of cerebral palsy
- gain further understanding about the causes of cerebral palsy
- evaluate preventive strategies
- assist in planning services for children and adults who have cerebral palsy.

Become a member (step 1), then complete your registration online (step 2 & 3):
Other ways to register:
- Contact your local register and register directly by phone.
- Download and complete both the registration form (PDF) and consent form (PDF), and mail these to your local CP Register.
- Give permission for your health practitioner or education professional to:
a ) submit your details on the CP Register website, or
b ) send your name and contact details to your local CP Register. We will then contact you and obtain the required details.
